According to one of our readers (vodo | vo-do [at] hotmail [dot] com), RapidShare is blocking an entire IP block (41.232.0.0 - 41.232.255.255). According to a reply from RapidShare support to one of our readers, pakoGax (riendose at hotmail.com), RapidShare imposed a temporary traffic limit on premium users.
