Traffic limit raised to 25 GB
The traffic limit of 20 GB has been raised to 25 GB again. Of course we will keep the low prices in the future as well, including new features and more bandwidth. It is important to us that our customers are happy. If you have ideas on how we can improve RapidShare even more, please do not hesitate to write us an e-mail.
Me acabo de enterar del límite de descarga de 25 GB. Me parece a lo menos poco serio de vuestra parte, toda vez que en la promoción de la página aseguran una descarga sin límites de descarga. Sería mas honesto y serio de vuestra parte, dejar claramente estipulado en la página que no se está pagando por descarga sin límite si no que efectivamente se esta pagando por descarga limitada.
Esta situació me deja muy molesto y en el futuro evaluaré si sigo contratando este servicio, ya que por ahora, la restricción es a la cantidad de descarga pero el dia de mañana puede ser algo más y sumar en desmedro de quienes contratamos el serivico.

I am premium user and i only have 4GB download limit, this is f*****g b******t. 4GB is NOTHING, I am a premium user!! I shouldn’t be treated like this, if you cant offer UNLIMITED then don’t SAY that you CAN. I will never buy premium again, i feel 100% ripped off.
I bought one at work for me and my friends at work and its open 24 hours so we downloading 24 hours and it said unlimited downloads and such nothing about brandwith I wish it did.
We funny enough did 15 gigs a day for a little while and i see im limited to 5 a day now.. What BS is that I did email Rapidshare to ask why is there this limit as it is missleading completly I know we got our moneys worth a little bit but now it just seems that a Month account was such a RIP off anyway.

I to was rip off for 5gb per a day. That is bullshit Never again will buy from rapidshit.
I’m looking at other alternative. Lier,lier You pay around $90 buck for the whole year and all you get to DL is 5GB per a day that is not cool.
I buyed the one for 78$ and I found out this morning that I reached my LIMIT!!! WTF I paid alot just to have a limit

What a load of bollox, the 5GB limit isnt advertised anywhere on the sale page, the idiots on support are robots, you pay for a faster download with no waiting time, so I goto download all the files & guess what I reach a supposedly non existent limit & I now have to wait 24hours or so to download more.
So this is known as a “waiting time” you feckwits rapidshare.
If you want to improve your service then for a start put the download limitations on the front page when you buy the damn service instead of hiding it behond other small written links with 20 thousand pages of legal garbage that nobody bloody reads anyway.
Also there is such as thing as misselling products, contradicting yourself saying “no waiting time” then you put limits on downloads & make us wait is pathetic.
I for one wont be using your service ever again, rip off merchants & will be requesting a full refund as I coulf of used the free service & waited the same.
Yep, same here, time to move to a new one. 60€ for a 5Gb daily cap is ridiculous RS is sinking fast, every forum is changing to other services. sorry I paid for a full year subscription but it’s done, it’s done.

Man… Rapidshare can kiss my ass. 5GB is total fucken bullshit. You can barely download a decent blu-ray movie with that limit. Looking to switch, spread your anger on the forums guys… let it be known everywhere!!!! Let’s make everyone switch over to something else!
5gb isnt enough not for what we pay
